The Bachelor of Professional Studies (B.P.S.) in Organizational Leadership is a bachelor’s degree completion program offered in the online format for students who have earned 60 credits or more. Students transferring in with an A.A., A.S., or A.A.S. degree will have all General Education Requirements waived except for three credits in Theology and Religious Studies and three credits in ethics unless these credits are transferred in and accepted at the time of admission. This program is a fully online asynchronous program offered in seven-week subterms.
Program Learning Outcomes
Students will be able to:
- Advance professionally by fortifying their knowledge across business disciplines through completion of the Professional Competencies Core.
- Hone their analytical, technological, and communication skills, and develop their leadership acumen in the Organizational Leadership Area of Study.
- Develop as skilled business leaders who are creative and critical thinkers with a strong understanding of ethical practices.
- Effectively manage their organizations and employees in dynamic environments through coursework in leadership, organizational behavior, human resources, project, and change management.
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills necessary to advance to leadership positions.
- Utilize data to inform the strategic decision-making process.
