BUS 2800 Introduction to Organizational Leadership

Students are introduced to theories, perspectives, and research findings essential to the study of leadership, including individual differences, personality, and attitudes. Historical and theoretical leadership perspectives and styles are discussed, including transformational leadership, servant leadership, and ethical leadership.
