MHC 5540 Internship in Counseling I
(formerly MHC 554)
The first semester of the field-based counseling internship designed to give the student instruction and practical learning in a chosen Mental Health counseling environment. Students complete 300 clock hours at a site pre-approved by the college. Students are supervised by an on-site supervisor and meet weekly with the professor of this course in a seminar format to review and discuss their internship experiences. (300 hours)
