Progression for Education Technology Specialist

Certification in Educational Technology Specialist includes grades PK–12. Therefore, it is required that the candidate have experience in all areas of the certificate. This experience is addressed during the entire field experience with special emphasis during the Professional student teaching experience.

Candidates who already possess certification in a specific area/content will have the opportunity to be exposed to Educational Technology experiences in areas other than their present or previous teaching experience. Candidates engaged in student teaching or in Practicum experience are placed by Molloy College Field Placement Office and are supervised by Molloy College Field Supervisors.
