BLW 2400 Business Law I

(formerly BLW 240; BUS 140; BUS 240)

This course provides an overview of the structure of the legal system and the legal environment of business decision-making. Particular emphasis is placed on ethics and social responsibility, contract law and the law of business organizations. The impact of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Tort Law, Internet Law and Intellectual Property Rights on business is also covered.
