BUS 5870 Project Management II

Students will gain a deep understanding of the knowledge, skills, and disposition required to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and ultimately close a project.  Advanced techniques and technological tools will be covered that will assist with selecting projects and portfolios, scheduling tasks, allocating resources, developing budgets, and creating risk management plans.  Project leadership and decision-making best practices will be taught to promote effective team dynamics and ethical project management practices.
