Certificate of Candidacy for Ph.D. Nursing

With successful completion of the Comprehensive Examination, the student is deemed by faculty as qualified to conduct the research necessary for the dissertation and submits an application for candidacy to  the Doctoral Program Director. The student must finish course requirements to be admitted to candidacy at least two (2) semesters prior to anticipated graduation. Upon review that the student has fulfilled all criteria, a Certificate of Candidacy letter will be issued. The student will then maintain matriculation through the dissertation process.
