ESC 1150 Astronomy

The role that astronomy has played in enriching man's cultural and scientific heritage. Methods of observation and analysis used by astronomers. Experiments in physical measurements and a visit to a Planetarium. Two lecture hours and two lab hours per week. (Satisfies general education.)
