PHY 1890 College Physics II

An examination of the basic principles of electricity and magnetism and wave theory. Areas of concentration will include ideal gas laws and kinetic theory, waves and sound, linear superposition and interference, electric forces and fields, electrical potential, magnetic forces and fields, electromagnetic induction, alternating current circuits, electromagnetic waves, reflection and refraction and interference and diffraction. Not open to students who passed PHY 2710.
