Affirmative Action Policy Statement

Molloy University will take affirmative action as called for by applicable laws to ensure that minority group individuals, females, disabled veterans, recently separated veterans, other protected veterans, Armed Forces service medal veterans, and qualified disabled persons are introduced into our workforce and considered for promotional opportunities. In the event of under-representation, affirmative steps are taken to attempt to achieve as broad and inclusive an applicant pool as possible. To that end, the University embraces an affirmative action policy that encourages activities and procedures for the recruitment, hiring, retention and promotion of certain protected groups that may be under-represented in the Molloy University working community.
