The Art History minor enhances the historical and cultural knowledge of students in various disciplines, including Fine Arts, Visual Arts Education, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Education, Gallery/Museum Studies, New Media and other areas. This minor provides students with a basic foundation for pursuing studies and training in fine arts, art history, gallery/museum administration and in diverse cultural institutions. Art History minor opens the door to a variety of jobs such as art dealer, museum curator, art journalist, gallery manager, art teacher, archivist, auctioneer and other careers.
