CRJ 2640 Bill of Rights and Criminal Justice
This course will conduct a careful examination and analysis of the Bill of Rights with respect to Criminal Justice. Students will learn about the process involved in the creation of the Bill of Rights and how it protects/limits authority. Students will also identify the criminal justice significance of the Bill of Rights and identify how Supreme Court decisions impact our society with a focus on the criminal justice system.
