BUS 3530 Quality Management in Operations and Supply Chain Systems

This course provides an introduction to the principal aspects of quality management, with an integrated focus on the importance of the supply chain for quality improvement. Topics include providing an understanding of quality concepts; designing and assuring quality in product and process design; implementing quality; and advanced techniques such as Lean Management and Six Sigma.
