Intersession 2021

November 20—Friday

Deadline for advisor approval for all "reserved" courses for intersession. Any intersession "reserved" courses not approved by the advisor are subject to being dropped. Intersession course tuition and fees are due. After this date, full payment is due within one business day for all registrations and all in-person. Intersession registration is available in-person until January 4, 2021.

January 1—Friday

New Year's Day (Observed)—College closed.

January 4—Monday

Classes begin for Winter Intersession.

January 4—Monday

Last day to add a course. Winter Intersession. Online Registration Open—Office of the Registrar. Full payment of tuition and fees required.

January 5—Tuesday

Last day to drop a course. Students may no longer register or add a course. 

January 6—Wednesday

Withdrawal Period: A grade of "WA" will be assigned from January 6, 2021, until January 8, 2021. From January 8, 2021, to January 14, 2021, a "WA" or "WF" grade may be assigned. ("WA" grades are not computed in GPA. "WF" grades are computed as failure in GPA.) Faculty enter withdrawal grades online for their courses with Last Date of Attendance, if requested or if a student stops attending a class.

January 6—Wednesday

Last day to declare a course Pass/Fail.

January 8—Friday

Withdrawal Period: A grade of "WA" will be assigned from January 6, 2021, until January 8, 2021. From January 8, 2021, to January 14, 2021, a "WA" or "WF" grade may be assigned. ("WA" grades are not computed in GPA. "WF" grades are computed as failure in GPA.) Snow Make-Up day for Winter Intersession—if required.

January 14—Thursday

Award date of January degrees and certificates. No ceremony. (All grades for incomplete or missing coursework must be submitted by this date in order for degrees to be awarded with this date.)

January 16—Saturday

Snow Make-Up Day for Winter Intersession - if needed.

January 18—Monday

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Observed) - College closed.

January 19—Tuesday

January intersession grades due online to Office of the Registrar by 12:00 noon.
