PED 1570 Movement for Actor I
(formerly PED 157)
In this course, students explore physical movement and expression, develop kinesthetic awareness, range of movement, body control and define and demonstrate a sense of physical play. Special emphasis will be given to work in alignment, strength and flexibility, release of physical tension, abstract physical exploration and physical spatial relationships. May include work in Grotowski, Laban, Neutral Mask work and other physical approaches.
