Title IX

No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under an educational program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. 

Any inquiries about the application of Title IX and related issues of sex discrimination may be referred to the University's Title IX Coordinators, the U.S. Department of Education’s Assistant, Secretary for Civil Rights, or both.
