NUR 6030 Scholarship of Health Care Organization and Policy
Students explore the United States health care system and the organizations and public and corporate policies that shape and influence it as a background for nursing leadership. Students explore theories related to organizations, policy planning, implementation and evaluation. Complex health issues and their relationship to public policy are analyzed and synthesized with an emphasis on future trends. This course includes combined class and experiential hours developed as an intensive policy experience. Participation in the experiential component may incur additional costs. CORE
