As of August 1, 2027, a new designation, CPA-150E, will be introduced for licensure-qualifying programs in the profession of public accountancy in New York. To align with the amended content requirements, Molloy University will expand its MBA in Accounting program by adding 6 additional credits, increasing the total program credits to 36. This enhancement ensures the program meets the updated educational standards for CPA licensure in New York State.
