Declaration/Change of Majors or Minors

Students wishing to change their major or add/delete/modify a minor or second major must submit a Change of Major/Minor Request through the student's account in Lion's Den. Please note some programs require an interview or audition before review of academic qualifications. All newly admitted students with undeclared majors will have until the end of their first year to declare a major.

Students pursuing a degree of Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree must complete the A.A.S. degree before beginning a bachelor degree program. Students in an A.A.S. program cannot pursue a minor or a second major.

Declaration/Change of Major requests must be submitted by the end of the add/drop period. Declarations/Changes received after the deadline will be effective for the following Fall or Spring term.
