Program Learning Outcomes

Students will be able to:

  • Demonstrate individual accomplishment and creativity in a variety of two- and three-dimensional media.
  • Demonstrate a heightened respect and appreciation for artistic creation from both Western and Non-Western cultures.
  • Demonstrate a basis understanding of art history, from the past to the present, and its implication in individual  expression.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills in the analysis and discussion of one's own as well as others' artistic initiatives.
