CSD 6400 Introduction to Collaborative Interdisciplinary Research
Communication Sciences and Disorders is a complex discipline that draws from a number of basic and clinical sciences. This leads to a variety of complex questions in the field, which are best solved through interdisciplinary research and teamwork. The aim of this course is to familiarize students with the nature of interdisciplinary research, the opportunities and challenges that come with it and how to address them for a successful research program when working with a team of scientists from various disciplines.
