Example: Genetic Basis of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
This course is designed to understand research about communicative, cognitive, swallowing or feeding processes that draws from several basic and clinical sciences. It will examine variety of complex questions in the field, which are best solved through interdisciplinary research and teamwork. Topics in this course may include but not be limited to genetic, behavioral, physiology, neuroanatomy, neurobiology, immunology, therapies and other interventions in communicative, cognitive, feeding or swallowing processes.
