NUR 5771 PNP: Diagnostic Reasoning

The student is introduced to the principles of advanced clinical problem solving. The focus of this course is the exploration of general concepts of diagnostic reasoning, therapeutic modalities and to refine assessment skills realted to principles of grwoth and development. Through the analysis of case studies, students will become acclimated to the role of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care in case presentation, Seminar and 150 clinical hours/semester.
