NUR 5051 Theoretical Applications in Transformative Leadership
This course examines theoretical underpinnings of professional practice from a leadership perspective. Various conceptual models and theories and application to advanced levels of practice will be examined. Critical comparison and evaluation of organizational theories and nursing theories will be explored. Organizational design, structure and power bases will be analyzed through an advanced nursing lens.
