NUR 5780 FNP: Diagnostic Reasoning

The student is introduced to the principles of advanced clinical problem solving. This course explores the general concepts of diagnostic reasoning, therapeutic modalities and the role of the Family Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care. Emphasis is placed on a family systems approach as the theoretical basis for primary care throughout the life cycle. Seminar and 90 clinical hours per semester.
