EDU 5582 Student Teaching Adolescence (Grades 7-9 and 10-12) (Five Year Program)
Student Teaching must be completed in the final semester of the teacher preparation program. Student teachers are required to follow a full-time teaching schedule in a secondary school under the direct supervision of a cooperating teacher from the field. This full-time field experience will be in grades 7–9 and grades 10-12. During this student teaching experience, student teachers will videotape and develop a portfolio to promote reflective practices.
